I followed Samuel Kleber from another Rehab facility. He is absolutely the most caring and understanding physical therapist I have ever seen for my medical needs. After numerous surgeries on my back and hips, he was able to get me back to being mobile, without the use of aids. The PT facility at INPC was the best equipped and most comfortable for my rehabilitation. Sam is absolutely focused on the patient, their comfort and understanding on what is expected to enable the patient to be successful. The goals he set for me were customized for me and my abilities. His therapy exercises were easy to understand and easy to execute at home. His staff was extremely friendly and easy to talk with. Every question was answered in a very timely manner. I highly suggest Dr. Sam Kleber and will continue to seek his help after my upcoming surgery. Thank you for working with me.

A "VERY PLEASANT DOCTOR "
He explained the shots he was putting in my lower back. And to my surprise I hardly felt them.
After he was finished he made sure I was feeling okay. He wanted to assure me that if I had any questions or concerns to let him know.
I actually had a very good night sleeping throughout the night which I hadn't had in a very long time. I would highly recommend him if you are having severe pain.
Dr. CARYN Vogel is my neurologist and she suggested I have Dr. KUNDI give me the shots in my back. I highly recommend Neurology and Pain center just south 75th street on Shadeland Ave. Both Doctor's are in the same building but separate office inside the building.
Sincerely and Grateful for Both Doctor's guidance. And relief..

Dr. Kundi listens to his patients and helps however he can. He’s helped me know for almost two years to help manage my chronic pain and he’s been nothing short of a God send. I appreciate the work he does and how he listens and I can wait to just continue to be his patient.
